Anesthesia Monitoring 101 is comprehensive, hands-on, half-day training provided in your clinic by a member of the Midmark Animal Health Anesthesia Monitoring Training and Education Network (AMTEN).

This training begins with a half-day review of anesthesia and monitoring best practices. A veterinary technician specialist in anesthesia will walk you through efficiently operating and maintaining your equipment for optimal performance and troubleshooting patient alarms.

This full day, hands-on lab will teach your technicians how to probe and chart their patient’s oral cavity and acquire diagnostic quality X-ray images so that your doctors can identify pathology and make treatment decisions quickly while the patient is under anesthesia. They will also be taught proper operation and maintenance of your dental equipment and instruments, helping to preserve your investment and the safety and comfort of your patients.
