Xylazine is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist used to provide a state of sedation with a shorther period of analgesia and as a pre-anesthetic to local or general anesthsia. Xylazine is approved for dogs, cats and horses.

Two different head sizes allow this instrument to cap the wolf tooth. By rotating clockwise and counter clockwise, the tooth can be separated from the alveolus. Angulated head is useful on teeth that are set well back.

CARBOCAINE-V Sterile Aqueous Solution is recommended for infiltration, nerve block, intra-articular and epidural anesthesia for horses.
